About me

Hello everyone! I’m Erik, and I have been a fitness enthusiast for the past 10 years. I possess extensive experience in several aspects of fitness. These include: bodybuilding, calisthenics, running/sprinting, powerlifting, and nutrition. I plan to share my knowledge and help you all prosper with your fitness journey!

I specialize in improving strength and body composition, weight loss, athletic performance, and of course—motivating you to get started!

Being able to train with resistance and change my body composition is so alluring. Not to mention, the work ethic that fitness taught me has allowed me to push past so many obstacles that I have encountered in everyday life, and I don’t know where I would be now if it wasn’t for this lifestyle.

Aside from this passion, I currently work in Finance/Accounting at a Real Estate Development & Acquisition company in NY, where I manage our company’s cash flow, budget, and provide insights on where we need to improve financially. I graduated from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and possess great knowledge in this field as well.
